What to include
- the email address associated with your Foky account, if account-specific help is needed;
- a short description of what happened and the approximate time;
- the app and iOS version, if relevant; and
- an opaque report, transaction, or error identifier, if the app displayed one.
Do not send your password, Apple or Google authentication code, Strict PIN, government ID, Family Controls selections, or unnecessary sensitive study content. Foky verifies account control through an authenticated session or control of the account email by default.
Rights requests
The app's Privacy & Data page provides authenticated access, correction, export, and account deletion. Email is available as a fallback. Foky aims to respond to a privacy rights request within 30 days. An authorized agent may email a request with signed proof of authority; Foky may still verify account control directly. If you believe an under-16 person provided data, say so in the subject without sending the child's documents or additional personal details.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in Foky for a valid Apple purchase that is not appearing. Apple handles billing, subscription cancellation, and ordinary refund requests. Deleting the app or Foky account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Safety
Use the in-app report and block controls when available. Review the Safety page. Foky is not an emergency service.
